We provide a host of services, ranging from Private Sessions, Group Sessions, On-site & Local Dance Workshops and Classes for all ages. Dance styles include Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Liturgical (Praise Dance), Reggae, Flirty Dance, Dance Fitness, and more!

Dance Fitness
Where you’ll Learn fun, new, innovative dance routines that will help strengthen & tone your body as well as get your heart pumping to the beats of your favorite music! This class incorporates a combination of dance styles such as: Hip Hop, Jazz, Afro, Salsa, Reggae and much more. Classes are full of surprises, and we’re always trying something new! Drop the workout and join the FUN!!!

Group Fitness
Exercise with a Certified
Group Fitness instructor that
will introduce fun, effective fitness
activities and exercises for all
ages and fitness levels. Our Boot camp style class mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Hip Hop
This is a fast paced class that will get your blood pumping. You’ll learn a wide range of Hip Hop dance styles, learn fun, unique dance routines and have the ability to travel from the Old School to NewSchool from week to week. Whether you are looking to learn new dance moves or simply get in shape, this is a great class to do both.

Reggae Fit
An aerobic fitness routine that features movements inspired by various styles of Reggae dance and is performed primarily to Reggae music. This class incorporates a combination of dance styles such as Reggae, Soca, Dnacehall, and Reggaeton. Students will learn fun, new, innovative dance routines that will burn calories, and help strengthen & tone your body.

Praise
This class provides an expression of prayer and worship for the glory of God through the art of dance.

Zumba Fit
An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Ballet
A dance class that will allow students to learn ballet techniques, as well as improving their posture. Ballet is a classical dance form that incorporates graceful, fluid dance moves as well as turns, leaps and jumps.
